Developer (BlueSkyStar) is an arrogant POS, although this is a wonderful addon that overhauls the lighting system in X-Plane 12, his attitude to his paying customers is sickening. He's definitely gone off the deep end with his superiority complex, banning anyone off his discord who speaks an ounce of criticism. 
Also, it is absolutely NOT worth the price he's asking for, $40.

Therefore, here you go, have it for free. Will post updates as they come, as well as his upcoming, "NEO v2." Screw him.

Developer (BlueSkyStar) is an arrogant POS, 

not to protect him, i dont know him, but the main POS is the team behind xplane store and forum who basically micro manage almost every comment on the forum and thus the whole community. 
ridiculous addon prices are accepted as a norm now and if you dare to comment anything against this trend, you are being warned, silenced for weeks, or put under admin supervision which means all your post must be approved by the boss admin to go public.
this of course is extremely demeaning and rude on a technical forum wheres almost zero trolling or cursing. 
if you call this out you get perma banned with your address as ransom, no kidding they still keeping my email from 2 ys ago, which is against EU law btw

im pretty sure they taking cuts from the developers, and im not surprised they are frustrated. 
im also sure they channeled a lot of money to this sasl3 that would need a pro mainstream group to crack. 

all this while there is no proper in house tool for addon development, so while xplane is constantly updated and changed, developers get a huge extra work for keeping up to date towards their paying customers.

for example this colimata guy whos pretty skilled promises his f104 update for the summer!!! half a year bcos the sim flight model have been tweaked. nonsense. with a proper tool this should take hours at best.

so dont be surprised they like that. ive been on FPS and simracing forums since 2005 and never seen such hostile people running a forum.
just my 2 cents.
