When I try to launch Fallout 4, Skidrow version, the launcher will come up just fine, but the when I select "play," the game doesn't launch. Even when I go into Windows Explorer and select the "Fallout 4" executable, to just launch the game directly, bypassing the launcher altogether, it still does nothing.
I checked on my task manager. I see a process called "Fallout4.exe" pop up for a split second before immediately closing down again.
Even if I uninstall and reinstall the game, I still have this problem. Heck, even downloading the torrent all over again (which took two whole days due to my crappy Internet connection) doesn't do didly.
What's going on right now?
