Future Force / Future Zone Blu Ray

So as im doing this, could anyone with insight explain why this Future Force rip for instance could be exactly 4.1% slower than the Rifftrax version? It has to be the PAL source right? Since the 23.976 frames of the rip divided by what i am assuming is the 25 frames PAL tape source gives me a 4.096% speed reduction? How often is this the case when syncing riffs? Is this only occuring because they captured from the tape at a different framerate than the source or is all PAL media roughly 4% slower than NTSC?

Well Future Force was easy enough, just had to slow down the riff a bit since Rifftrax didnt remove any footage.

Future Zone looks like its going to be a pain, since there are some tiny edits along with a speed change so it will be difficult to track down where the edits are. I'll see what i can do

I apparently made a 1080p version of this with a different video source. I was going to upload it, but honestly it doesn't look much different than the 720p version.
