does this mean with the crack msfs we wont get automatic update ?

you might get in-game updates to an extent, since it is connected to the game servers, but major updates would definitely deactivate the crack

where do i get the mayor update ? and the update above do i use paste them into already existed msfs folder or create a new one ?

major updates only as an update through patched installer programs, but most releases for this would be as a standalone at the beginning, so you need to replace the already existing files as a whole sadly.
