[RiffTrax Shorts] Batman and Robin (1949) AI Upgrade

Another AI Upscale using an NTSC 2-disc set. I think this one has improved a good deal as there was a lot of blocking and the grain wasn't handled well within the DVD. Chapters 1-12 the RiffTrax audio is untouched, while chapters 13-15, the audio was just shifted (as that's when RiffTrax introduced their intro, so you can hear the very tail-end of it). Unriffed and untouched DVD audio was also included as well as the DVD chapters and .srt English subs. The DVD was properly Inverse-Telecined prior to the AI Upscale.

I tried multiple model combinations to get the best results. Ultimately, just the ArtemisMQv13 was used. As an intermediary, Gaia doesn't handle the grain well. As a note for all of these upscales I'm doing, I'm keeping the source files and any intermediary encodes so I can more easily re-do an upscale as models and methods improve over time. The future is exciting!
