I converted the 192k AAC file from BudgetBits from 25 fps to a 23.976 fps 128k HE-AAC file and synced it to the 1080p WEB releases that are out there.
All that needs to be done is to drag the release of your choosing and the MKA file into MKVToolNix to mux them together.
The 29.97 fps 1080p WEB version looks like it was upscaled from a poor SD source, but it is the best that is available. Re-encoding the video to 23.976 seems to remove the jerkyness from the added frames.
I thought I would share this in case anyone wanted it.
