This week I plan to PM stormium and ask for help updating our Important Threads links. Figured I should get some input. "More input! More input!"
I nominate we pin Revfds Mega thread because of duh AND the Jaboodie Thread because one and a quarter million views says something.
I nominate we unpin QuipTracks as they may be defunct (hope not) AND the All RiffTrax shorts thread which is full of dead links and mostly covered by the folder in Revfds Mega (RiffTrax (2006) Season 03 which has 491 files currently).
With these two pins and two unpins it will keep the look of the main page the same; not too top-heavy.
Let me know what you think, please.
If I hear nothing from yous guys, the above is what I'm going to propose as changes.

This is the way. We are indeed in need of housekeeping and I was thinking two days ago that I don't think we need all of that up top. I'd consider deleting the "Say Hi" thread. It seems like people post but no one engages with anyone, like, at all. I dont want to come across as unfriendly, i just dont know that its useful anymore. I feel like we get to know each other better through the regular threads.
And to top it off I just had to go over there and see Robot.Gort's post. 
TLDR; I'm 100% in favor of an overhaul and take my suggestion with a grain.

I just wanted to say I love this kind of community engagement. Make this place what you want it to be. We will do what we can, provided it isn't in conflict with the larger forum community.
I also approve of sticking things in stormium's box.

Add - Revfds, Last Drive-In, Jaboody
Remove - Quiptracks, Shorts, Troll, Say Hi
I'm going to give this a few more days for people to speak up. Especially in case people want to keep Say Hi.
Just maybe we'll start the new year with a modified Important Threads section!

I agree with everything in the OP. Revfds and Jaboody's stash are my too go too places. Both deserve pinned.
