Old book, but looks like it tells us, how societies fail and how the Industrial and Modern Era was affecting Society negatively.
I'm an amateur Sociologist wannabe, to try to fix not inequality, that will always exist, but poverty (including house/homelessness); overworking people out of the Working Force; lack f assistance to solve poverty: some people never get enough support, because they're not poor enough, it's cruel and stupid, it's designed to keep people in poverty, and submitting them into depression, addiction and poverty; getting beaten, robbed and/or killed on the streets and nobody will know, for days or weeks, specially in cold weather times. So I wanna know how it started to get so bad, that now looks like a problem too big to be solved
