New Button "Notify Initial Seeder"

If the initial seeder of a torrent is still active, but not seeding the torrent any more, but the available file is stuck at say 98%, it would be good to have a quick way of alerting the initial seeder so they can reseed the torrent, even if just for a short while.

Its a good idea but wont be implemented anytime soon unless comments get reinstated first. Which they wont anytime soon either. A lot of green and purple skull uploaders are active here. You can PM them. Also there is a subforum for requesting reseed -> https://pirates-forum.org/Forum-Requests
